COVID-19 Announcement

To our valued MicroAge Basics supporters:

 In the wake of the recent COVID-19 outbreak we are closely monitoring a constantly evolving situation and taking necessary steps to ensure that our customers, staff, and local communities continue to remain safe during this time.  There is a great deal of uncertainty and we remain committed to providing assistance for your business. We will get through this together.

We are taking actions to help mitigate the spread of this disease with the guidance from Health Canada as well as our local authorities.  We have also taken numerous precautions within our retail stores as well as with those employees who visit you including:

  • Increased constant sanitation measures
  • Curbside pick-up for all retail sales
  • Allowing for remote work when possible
  • Not requiring signatures on packing slips
  • Reducing retail store hours (as noted below), which we will monitor and revise if necessary
  • All Telus and Koodo services have been suspended at this time
  • Returns are not accepted at this time
  • All in-person sales visits have been cancelled until further notice

Our deliveries will continue on a regular basis to your business workplaces, as always with free delivery and no minimum order. 

MicroAge Basics continues to work with suppliers to ensure that we continue to have the supplies you need.  Because of high levels of demand, we are currently experiencing some stock limitations for cleaners and disinfectants and are working diligently to replenish those items.  As those items become available, we will be putting notification out via our regular e-blast list.  If you are not currently on our marketing e-mail blast list and wish to receive these notifications, please email
